The line of companies starting to produce GPS navigation systems continues to grow. Acer has announced the Acer d100 Portable Navigator. This device features a 3.5 inch touch screen display and the software comes via the Destinator Platform. The Destinator platform is also used on devices like the Mio C710, Mio C310, and on some Symbian phones via the Destinator SP software.
The Acer d100 features NAVTEQ maps of Europe stored on SD cards, size depending on country. There is also a pedestrian mode for routing between your parking space and your destination POI. The Acer d100 also features an MP3 player and photo viewer.
