Received as a gift. It seems kind of clueless. Base maps are 4-5 years old- does not recognize construction completed as long as 4 years back. Not clear as to how to conclude loading of addresses and info. e-mailed Bushnell- was told no updated software available. Sons Tom-Tom seems more up-to-date and user-friendly at half the price. I'd trade in a minute

I recently tried the Bushnell Nav500. I have previously used a Mio for a day or 2 as well as a Tom Tom one. The unit started up okay, but was not initially not intuitive as I might like. I live in Canada, and I would not say the unit is Canada-friendly. When asking it to find a nearby gas station, it was picking stations 10-20 miles away as I drove through a town of 2000-3000 with 4-5 stations. I have not tried a difficult destination to route yet so I don't have much to say regarding routing. It has frozen up a couple of times and needed to be rebooted (I have only used it ~8 times.)
Not quite what I am after.
