Have connected it to PC via bluetooth but then software won't recognize it. Have a second laptop with a different Nav software on it and bluetooth and that one won't find it either. Use Google Maps mobile on my phone, and it recognizes the BT-20. Very slick. Google Maps gets it mapping data via its internet connection.
