From the Forums Friday 2008-04-11
Lots going on this week with new product developments to talk about next week. As for this past week, here is the best of the forums.
- A user is looking for a little help wanting to know if Anybody had text message success with GPS & Alltel phone.
- An option for a TomTom Event logger.
- Dell was trying to get rid of some TomTom 920’s this week, probably in anticipation of the 930’s due out soon. The 920T was down to $300 at one point. Costco was running some deals as well.
- Rumors of the Tom Tom one XL-S being discontinued, but it doesn’t look like that is the case quite yet.
- Lots of discussion on the HP iPAQ this week… 3D in Toronto, a hard-core Nuvi guy gives his 310 impressions, a new firmware update has been released and people try to figure out what exactly is new in that update.
