Garmin Denies bid for Lowrance
As the Navigator Turns….. Garmin today has denied a report published in the New York Post that they have made a counter-bid for Lowrance Electronics. Yesterday we posted about the Lowrance sale to Simrad Yachting.
The article in the New York Post by Zachery Kouwe said that the bid Garmin made was over the $215 million offered by Simrad Yachting and that Garmin has been interested in purchasing Lowrance since Spring.
