Are there any Turkish maps available that are compatible with a Garmin Nuvi 255 (in English) Im told there are, but havent been able to locate any! Im fed up with getting lost in Izmir!

irene – GPS works anywhere in the world, however you need to find maps of the region you are going to be in to do much with it.

I found Russian sites saying that Garmin GPS could be used in Russia. I am going to spend five months over there. Do I buy a unit here, and the map card in Russia? Thank you,
