GPS Catches Offender in Park
Recently a GPS device attached and tracking a felon indicated the individual was in a recreational park where children were playing, violating his parole.
“GPS tracks the offenders and can tell us if they go into an area where they aren’t supposed to be,”
When Puckett entered the park, the system alerted the local DOC office and he was later arrested.
