GPS Tracking Aggressive Drivers – DriveSync

Much like GPS Panties you are either going to love or hate this new product depending on what side of the GPS racklog you are. The new product called DriveSync enables anyone to track “when, where, how far, how fast and how aggressively a vehicle is being driven.”

DriveSyncis basically a GPS logger which feeds data to a USB key. The USB key can later be removed from the device and the data analyzed on a computer. These reports detail route maps and driver behavior.

DriveSync has two markets in mind, parents who would like to track the driving behavior of their teenagers and fleet owner who would like to add this to their fleet tracking data. Additional uses for both types of applications include monitoring gas mileage rate efficiency. DriveSync should be available in about a month.
