Available soon is the Initial GD-70X GPS system. What’s unique? Well it features a built in 7 inch LCD screen which compliments the built in DVD and CD player. Of course you get all of the normal GPS goodies such as a large POI database, SD slot, voice guided directions, day/night mode, and a touch screen display.
The DVD player will also play CDs, JPEG CDs, and Kodak Picture CDs with an anti-shock system to prevent skips. An FM transmitter can broadcast audio through your vehicle’s FM radio and an AV input/output allows you to use other portable players. This device sounds like it will be a steal with a retail price of $699 USD.
