Is Navman Stopping Development of Palm Software?

Over here at the very bottom of the page is a note saying that Navnam is suspending development of their Palm products. Apparently a Navman technical support person confirmed the decision.
Yes I can confirm that Navman will cease development of Palm products.
However I received the following response back to my inquiry.
That’s not true [...] we are stilling working on another version of SmartST for PALM OS.
Time will tell I guess!
