LandVoyage Online Mapping Company For Sale

Anyone want to buy a mapping company? LandNet announced today that it has put its Internet mapping business for sale. The service is called LandVoyage which features aerial photos, USGS topos, satellite images, aeronatical charts as well as public land maps. They offer subscriptions for $25/month or $200/year.

The company has recently secured new patents after a five year review period which they feel make this a good time to sell the business to a larger company who can take the product to the next level.

“The buyer of LandVoyage will immediately tap into this
high-growth market and compete directly with the major players,” said
Craig Harrison, LandNet Corp. Founder and President.

LandNet Corp. has retained Sarowdin Partners, an investment banking firm based in Denver, to act as its exclusive financial advisor in the sale of LandVoyage. Interested parties should contact
Chris Barnes, Managing Director, at 303-399-1307 or csb@sarowdinpartners.com to request a non-disclosure agreement and Descriptive Memorandum.
