Lowrance AirMap 2000C Terrain Awareness

Lowrance-Gps-Terrain-AwarenessLowrance has announced you can now add terrain awareness for your Lowrance AirMap 2000c GPS. The preloaded SD card contains color coded topographic terrain data for North America and it highlights tower obstructions, imminent terrain and projected flight path course line.

The SD card also contains the latest Jeppesen aeronautical databases as well as airport taxiway maps. (Part of the Safe Flight 21 Mapping Database).

  1. The terrain awareness and Jeppesen databases are great. I am having trouble adding MapCreate 7 detailed maps to the Airmap 2000c on a new SD card without losing those features. How is this done and keep the aviation functionality?
