Lowrance Sold to Simrad Yachting

Lowrance announced today they have been sold to Simrad Yachting, a company which sells marine electronics for about $215 million. They don’t expect the acquisition ti have any regulatory impacts nor significant job cuts as Simrad Yachting wasn’t previously in the GPS business.
