They tell the same thing. "Wait for two or three weeks and try again." Seemingly, the solution lies on their webpage software, and they can not solve such tiny issue. Customer problems mean nothing to the company? Strongly agree.

It's even bundled with some of their GPS units, but there is a problem. The bundled version requires that you use a website with a coupon code to 'buy' the unlocked version. The problem? The website dosen't work, hasn't in weeks, and Support cannot provide a date other than to say 'Several weeks'. Even Technical support cannot provide the unlock. Shameful!
