Magellan NavCreator - Magellan Opens Up
Magellan is making a bigger push to help other companies develop GPS navigation systems for their products through Magellan’s experience with GPS. They have launched a new product called NavCreator which allows other companies to have the pieces they need to incorporate GPS into their own GPS devices. With NavCreator you could build your own custom GUI (graphical user interface) with Magellan’s navigation technologies such as routing and traffic reporting.
The NavCreator offers an API supporting WinCE 5.0 offering an interface into turn by turn directions and cusom map databases.
