Global-E Investments, Inc., soon to be renamed NowAuto Group, Inc., which recently acquired the assets of NowAuto, Inc., announced it has signed a contract with Allied Dealer Services for 300 GPS units per month. Under the terms of the agreement, Allied Dealer Services will have a standing purchase order for 300 GPS units each month. This order will be shipped out in early September utilizing the new Navitraq V unit. The unit will also be running on the new Navicom q Network with enhanced mapping and feature functionality.

Navicom’s distributor, Allied Dealer Services, LLC, has also signed a contract with Automotive Asset Protection, INC. of Dallas, Texas for a minimum of 200 units a month. “The new NAVICOM unit will be able to replace two separate units we are currently using now by combining both of their functions into one unit. We can see that our dealer network should easily surpass the monthly goal of 350-400 units a month,” said Terome Reynolds, Business Development Manager for Automotive Asset Protection Inc.

“NAVICOM GPS and their GSM tracking systems are truly revolutionary products. We are in the final process of negotiations with a major Credit Union in Oklahoma with Members in excess of 50,000,” said David Willard, Vice President of Allied Dealer Services. This will be done by mid September and produce sales of 400-500 a month.

Also, Galleria Credit Union of Dallas, Texas, is using Navicom GPS to track its high-risk assets. “It is a perfect fit for our Credit Union,” said Bob Hyatt, Vice President of Lending Galleria Credit Union. “We can see how all of our members could benefit from Navicom GPS and the multiple benefits their services provide.”

“I am very pleased with our relationship with Allied Dealer Services. They have years of experience in sales and success in marketing niche products; their ability to deliver integrated product solutions to the finance market is key to their success. I am confident that they will add a tremendous value to our sales efforts. Clearly, what will separate Navicom from other GPS providers is our ability to create applications for almost any industry,” said Keith Tench, President of Navicom.
