		<description>Typical of TomTom (if they) to take a short-term view of only a 6 month hire rather than commit long-term. Sounds like as much commitment to the iPhone as they made to win-mob &amp; palm (yes, I&#039;m a dissafected Palm Navigator owner, already abandoned once by the numpties in Amsterdam). 

Given that TomTom see the iPhone as a revenue generator for OTA subscription services, it won&#039;t be for me, but good luck to those who buy into it (just don&#039;t trust TomTom further than you can spit!)</description>
