		<description>I am having problems updating to the latest application version for my TomTom One 130. I use a Mac, and the tech support at TomTom indicated that it was possibly a conflict with the &quot;Spotlight&quot; on my Mac. Does anyone have any information on this?

I recently purchased the most recent US Canada map, installed it, and now my TomTom just shows the screen with a &quot;picture&quot; of a TomTom gps with cord attached, and when touching the screen, there is no response.

Tech support has indicated that I should send my TomTom to them, but it might take 2 weeks to get it back. 

Has anyone had this problem, and gotten it resolved without sending in the device?</description>
