I compared a TomTom 720 to my c550 although the 720 had more features the screen was poor. (Garmin does the best with their screens.) I have since upgraded to a nuvi 760 and love it. The mount easily better on the Nuvi over the 720 TT to remove the nuvi is as easy as pushing a button. The TT doesnt show how far away a point is on the nuvi I can hit recently found and it tells me how many miles I am from the next stop works better 90% of the then the route planners on both the nuvi and TT. Nuvi screen is simpler and less cluttered and has anti alias. After updating the TT several times the maps were still wrong user data or not. Heck go to the harley ride planner and export a route or address to your nuvi you dont have to ride a hog to use it. I would get a TT if they corrected the screen, mount, and had away to determine distance from current location address recently entered. The last point is the real deal breaker for me it is nice when I can see how far all the address are from my current location such as .2 miles 1.1 mile or 3.4 miles.
