TomTom Traffic Service Outage

TomTom’s IT department has been working overtime recently to fix issues encountered with a website update earlier this week. The update impacted not only the public website but also the TomTom Traffic Service. Customers are reportedly receiving letters from TomTom telling them they will receive a free month of service due to the outage.
