I have a flight next week on Spirit Airlines. Because I am doing considerable driving while in Michigan, I want to take my TomTom GPS with me. I do not feel safe in putting in my checked baggage. I do not want nor care to use it enroute nor on return. Anyone have an experience with Spirit in this sense or application. I would gladly permit the flight attendant take possession of the TomTom during the flight.
