Mobile Crossing has released a new Real Estate edition of the WayPoint 200 GPS. The device gives real estate agents the ability to have MLS listings and GPS navigation in one device. Additional real estate functions include built-in mortgage, loan, home equity, loan balance, rent-vs-own analysis, and loan amortization calculators.
You can also search for properties and generate a “tour” by providing an itinerary of driving directions to each of the properties. Other functions provide market statistics, hot sheets, contact management and advanced prospect/client profiling.
The WayPoint Pocket Real Estate edition of the WayPoint 200 also includes an MP3 player, e-book reader, and a photo viewer.
